Running rich, fuel smoke from exhaust.

FDR and Joe have good suggestions.

I would try to fix the fuel issue first. All that excess fuel washing down the cylinders isn't good.

Try swapping the fuel pump relay with another same relay in your LS. If that fixes the pressure issue... then move on to why its running so bad.

If the car sat for a long time... the gasoline may have turned to varnish... which means the injectors are probably gummed up too. That could also cause them to stick part way open... or not fully close.

And I'd pull the dipstick and see if the oil smells like gasoline. If it does... change the oil begore you end up spinning a bearing, (if you haven't already).

Check the oil pressure too.

You say "fuel smoke from running rich". Are you sure its "fuel smoke"?

Did you smell it? Does it smell like unburned gasoline? Or does it smell like diesel or kerosene, or oil?
