Rough idle Finally caught on video

Well folks, here it is. The really rough idle that happens so intermittent that I couldn't catch it on tape until now. The CEL is for the post cat o2 sensor. Any ideas? http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/...B-AA87-FD9A1D8237B7-1746-000000D18E6A694E.mp4

Seems like the typical v6 problems with the pcv valve and plumbing. Have you replaced your coils and plugs like you've been told before? Could be that bad cat as well from not changing the coils.

I did the coils and plugs a month ago. Surprisingly enough, after it quits "hiccuping," the car has is noticeably more powerful on the accelerator. Maybe I'll do the coils again and see. Maybe you're right on the cat, I'll also do a video on the exhaust.

You can probably rule out the coils if you've already done them. A quick search reveals the pcv problems causing rough idle. I would be trying to fix that check engine light first though.
