roof racks?

I have a 2000 ls v8 and am trying to buy a roof rack for a snowboard and a surfboard. I have been to both the thule and yakima sites who specialize in roof racks and both claim that there isn't a roof rack that would fit my car. This seems kind of unbelievable to me. If anyone has any info on a rack that fits or if you have a rack i would appreciate any info that would help me find one for my ls.

My 2004 genuine Lincoln accessories catalog shows removable roof rack (base part # 55100), load warrior, horizontal ski/snowboard, and luggage/cargo basket by Yakima accessory's.

I also tried that but they only cover 2004-06 and didn't show any of the roof racks listed in the 2004 accessories catalog?

Your right, I did get to the right area, for some reason I could not find them the first time.

The three previous mentioned vendors maybe able to get a better price.

Does anyone use these?

Yakima says I have to buy from Lincoln (the basic rack that fits the car is made by Yakima but is exclusive to Lincoln dealers). Part is listed as 2004 and later (should work on my 2000).

But before I spend $246 I'd like to have some feedback from a current owner.
