So I swapped the bulbs out of the reverse light bulbs when I upgraded my brake lights, I went with a company named Luyed because I've used their lights in my Buick before it died and they were fantastic. Well when I bought the reverse lights I ordered a set of 1500 lumen LED's and they are fantastic like all the other bulbs I've ordered, however I failed to realize how tight the housing is and well the plastic started to bubble on the inside. So now I ordered and installed a shorter LED bulb to hopefully keep it from melting any further, they're 900 lumen LED's and seem just as bright.
Bubbling/melting
Shorter bulb is the 900 lumen longer is 1500 lumen.
Left side is the 900 right side is the 1500 ignore all the trash its mostly tools used for emergencies and tooling around when I'm not at home.
