Resonators Questions

Hey everyone i just had a few quick questions about resonators..first of all I am running glass packs right now and it sounds good but it's really quiet i mean really quiet. the guy at the muffler shop said my resonators are keeping it so quiet. so i was wondering if i could just cut them out OR just go with a different kind of resonator like SLP or something like that...and would it do anything back pressure wise to the motor or anything bad

A glass pack IS a resonator. Same thing, same idea, just a different name. You can take out the stockers though, and make it somewhat louder. They're abut 18" long IIRC. The longer they are the more they cut down the sound/volume. But if it were me I'd just take the after market ones off and ride like that.

i did the res delete and didnt like the rasp noise that resulted from it. i wish i would have kept them anddid just the mufflers
