ok guys. i got the guide form lsk, now my only problem is getting the black high heat rtv silicone. i went to home depot, pep boys, lowes, and wal mart with no luck. im going to try autozone or a local hardware store. now i also want to know what you guys use to rebush them and make them look new again. also, do you do this on the inside, and outside. one more thing, how can i clear the corners by baking them???

Just about any high heat sealant will work. I liked using the McKanica's but I can't find it any longer. Permatex sells a good brand. I use Meguiar's PlastX to clean my headlights. It does a great job and is specifically designed for plastic.

The baking is just to get them open so you can either remove the amber lens altogether, or replace it with a clear lens. You can make your own lens with ceiling light material from Home Depot or Lowes, or you can get Ken's (LSKoncepts) great looking replica of the factory lens, only molded in clear.

Be sure you replace the bulb with an amber bulb.

ok, im going to check the next town over and see if they got the rtv. next thing i also want to do this to the fog lights along with using the pastx stuff. any suggestions. also. my friends infinity has these tiny little bulbs that r in the headlight, they he bought blue ones so it makes a blue tint in theres. has anyone tried this?

are you talking about in the reflection of the headlamp when they headlight is turned off? i always notice it and want new headlight bulbs, but i don't want them to reflect blue when they are turned off.
