replacing front passenger window reg.

Any advice on this? I suck mechanically but I've had this window regulator sitting in a box for about a month and I'm thinking about just going for it today. I'm not horrible with tools but I end up breaking stuff often j/w if this is a job I can do.

yeah the haynes manual for the LS is completely useless. Its for all Lincoln RWD models 1970-2005 and has nothing LS specific. I'm gonna go try to return it
