Replace my Alarm and have questions????

OK i want to replace the alarm with an after market. What i need to know is :

Is the an alarm that would fit or replace the only factory alarm with out splicing any wires?

If do can i make it do the same things (door locks up and down) with out changing solenoids and such?

you can get an alarm that will make the doors open and claose and open the trunk and even another accesorie like moon roof windows and such but it wont give memory seat recall and as far as just splicing into the existing alrm harness i have no clue maybe someone here will know
