How do i remove the whole thing.. all i want to do is change the high beams bulbs but its like jammed so tight i cant w/o removing it. How do i remove it?

Take off the black plastic cover in between the lights (under where the grille is when the hood is closed). Just push down the middle of the 3 plastic clips then pull it up. Slide it off to the side a little and you will see one of the three 10mm screws that holds the headlight in. One of the other two is right smack in the middle of the light right up top. And the last is down at the bottom behind the light between the corner lamp bulb and the low beam bulb.

its easy?

Yes, its pretty easy. The owner's manual shows how to do it, btw. You'll need a socket wrench to get the headlight assembly out (its only 3 bolts), and a Torx T20 wrench to get the cover off to access the light bulb.

So the lightbulb doesn't just twist out? It does on my 2002 LS. You just pull off the light socket (it's clipped onto the bulb), and then twist the bulb about 90 degrees and pull it out.

Is this the same for a HID car?

I have a crack in my assembly and want to replace it.

(I will be honest, I kind of pussied out when I saw the warning High voltage, take to dealer signs)

The cheesy lights on the 00-02 cars were upgraded on the 2003 models (part of the 942 or however many improvements that make the 03+ cars far superior to the 00-02 cars :D ). Seriously, the whole headlight is sealed on the 03+ cars. To access the bulb, you need to remove a cover with a torx wrench.

Girlyman! :D

Yes, its the same with the HID. Mine has HIDs. I replaced the high beams, and I'm still alive.

so you just took out the assembly... removed the bulb right? it looks easy if you can get the actual assembly out.. when its on.. theres literally like a mm of space between the bulb and the metal chassis.
