Remote controller antenna location

Hey guys, there seems to be a little wireless connection problem with my key fob. In the past I was able to lock/unlock/honk the car beyond 200 feet, and now I have to walk close to the car to do that.
Things aren't getting better after replacing the battery in the fob. So I'm thinking maybe there's a poor connection in the antenna? Does anyone know where it is?

AFAIK, it is inside the DDM.
Ford says that the range can be as little as 30 feet.
