Depends on your budget I guess.

General Exclaim UHP worked well in rain and frozen temps and were decient on snow. They dont last very long but are under $80 each.
BFG TAKD MS is a great all season tire but gives up a bit in the grip department for high speed corners.
The Yokohama S-Drives are spectacular in everything but snow. I could drive in snow but wasnt happy about it.
Michelin Pilot Sport all season versions are very nice but expensive and loud.
Pirelli P9000 back in the day were excellent too and real good in snow but not sure about now as its been a long time since I used them.

Uniroyal tiger paws AWP 2's. Check em out cheap< mileage warranty, and a well known name. Best bang for the buck in my opinion. Michelins are awesome but so is the price.

I have a set of Goodyear Eagle Ultra Grip all season tires off a Highway Patrol car. they are spectacular dry,and in the rain. i havent had them in the snow yet, but all i hear is i will never switch again...we shall see.

I've had 4-sets of Goodyear Eagle GT's on Mark VIII's, so I've been happy with them. I drive all year round in NJ with them, including all the snow. They work in the snow, not great, but they work fine. I usually get 40k-50k miles out of them.

Goodyear did just change the tread pattern on the Eagle GT, I have not had the new ones...........yet.

The Yokohamo AVID's were the worst tire I had. Way too slippery in cold and snow. I would never recommend them to somebody on the snow belt.

This is a snow tire, isn't it?

These are GW-2's. It says M&S on the side and the Troopers used to run them all year around. I believe the GW-3 Ultragrips are made for cold and winter conditions only. also speed rated to 149mph as well.
