Could I get some recommendations on a complete rebuild kit for the transmission out of a 2004 with the V8

Way too many parts in a transmission to define a "rebuild kit". Most major parts are sold/sourced individually... with some components grouped as a "sub assembly".
Before ordering parts... it would be best to tear down the trans and have the case specs checked... because if the case is worn... there's no point in rebuilding the trans.
Are you sure the trans is toast?
Edit: I forgot you said the input shaft was twisted.
