Rear Trans mount

Is there a replacement for the rear trans mount? Mine is completely shot. I seem to remember somebody on here using a poly mount but I cant find it. Has anyone found a replacement?

Thanks DLF. That's the thread I remember reading. I tried searching for it but couldn't find it.
