rear spring question

since nobody sells the rear spring converion top mounting plate ima make my own. question is what size is the bolt that goes in the hole?

i've checked everywhere. Its kinda stupid nobody sells the top plate seperatly. Still waiting to hear back from acouple places but it doesnt look good. Theres a guy on ebay selling a used set of rear springs and brackets. 100 bucks though. But it gave me an idea how to make the top mounts with basic tools.

I talked to a machine shop friend of mine to see about getting these made. He likes to make a run to make it worth while. Does anyone else need a set? This way I can try to get everyone a decent price.
