rear spring conversion

so i have the springs , lower pad and the upper metal mount thingy. from alittle research it looks like i need a rubber pad that goes inbetween the top metal mount and the spring. is this correct?

might i add its the solid mount not the one that is folded on all 4 corners.

No rubber pad goes on top ... only a rubber pad on the bottom ... I've converted 3 Mark VIIIs ...

if thats true, awesome. it seemed from different conv kits i've seen they use 2 diff kind of top metal/rubber mounting hardware.
