Im changing the susp. in my 94 mark. I want to also get new rear shocks. Wondering what would be the best ones to get , to go with the front shocks that come with the kit from American Air Suspension??

I got Monroe sensatracs from Advance Auto. Get the ones for a 96 Ford TBird with the 4.6 cost about 50 bucks for the pair I think.

Same here... but you can get any rear shocks for a T-Bird. I always use the 96 as a year also.

Take the top shock mounts off and then cut off or burn off the rubber bushings which are prabably rotted.

then take the rubber bushings that come with new shock and use them instead of gettting new shock mounts which will cost you around $70 for a set or the solid mount that you can get off eBay for $35 or more.

thread explaining the shock mount

Monroe sensatracs for a T-Bird run about $25 each...part number
5965 thinking about purchasing these for the rears. One questions, if im installing the lowered version of the conversion kit. Do you have to specify that or will just regular stock replacments fit , for a lowered conversion?

I used the bilsteins for the Mustang Cobra 03-04. I highly recommend them if you are looking for better handling. I didn't notice much ride sacrifice either - the air and the IRS make up for that.
