rear seat removal?

Tried taking the lower portion of the rear seat out the other day to give it a good scrubbing. How do you disconnect the middle shoulder strap so you can remove the seat?

Look on the part where the belt comes down and clips in. There is a small hole in the middle just big enough for a stiff wire, I use a small paper clip or even a small brad type nail. Push in hole and the belt will release and retract to the top of seat.
