Rear Differential Fluid Change

I've tried to find a step by step for accomplishing this but haven't been able to find any, does anybody know where i could find that or would be willing to kind of describe how to do this? as well as the right fluid to put in... any help would be greatly appreciated

According to this you're sucking it out and replacing it with 75w140 diff fluid from the dealer. There wasn't a reply to the friction modifier, isn't that for limited-slip rear ends only?

Remove fill plug.
Use hand pump and hose to suck out as much gear oil as possible.
Refill with Motorcraft SAE 75W-140 High Performance Rear Axle Lubricant XY-75W-140-QL (about 2.6 pints)
Replace fill plug.
