For a posi set up I use an 8 oz bottle and finish it off with 80/90. With yours just change the fluid and your good!

Just to be extra clear, any stock Mark VIII diff will NOT be a Posi, Trak-Lok, Truetrak, Safe-T-Track, Equa-Lock, Twin-Grip, Sure Grip, or anything else that a limited slip differential is known by.

agreed. no friction modifier needed. not all 8.8s are limited slip.


8oz wont hurt. 1 way to get rid of the chatter in an 02+ explorer is to put 2 bottles of FM in it.
