did a search, and how do you remove the back armrest. Is it pretty easy or is it a total pain in the ass? The center one.

...hmm, there are like three little buttons that may be covering screws or something of the sort and if I remove those I may be able to take the whole thing off.

Been there, did that, it's unpleasant. Not meant to be done often.
The hinge rod through the back of the armrest goes through a bracket on each side of the armrest. There are clips on the end of the rods preventing it from coming out. Pry back the seat cushion, remove both clips. Now pry (strongly) one of the brackets to the side and disengage the rod. Slides right out.
