What can I do about this? Below about 15 degrees the interior door handle gets so gummy that when you pull it, it doesn't snap back and you can't close the door until you repeatedly lock and unlock the door until it gets to the 'right' position. When it's not stupidly cold outside this doesn't occur.

Move south! 80s a couple times this week and no problems with sticking door handles.

I seriously don't remember what I used to use on locks and tailgates when I lived in Colorado, but I used to have to deal with that as well.

Sounds like somebody used heavy grease on that handle. I'd try spraying everything with PB , WD,etc, to soften the grease. Normally the handles just break off, after the door seal freezes.

Take the door panels off and follow the door handle rods and lock rods to see the joints where they meet and like tony said hit it with some PB blaster..while you have the panel off grease your window tracks..make them operate nice and smooth.
