OK ready for the next mod...

I was running 4:10's in my 95 Mark way back when I lived in NYC,
but now I'M in Florida and drive 70 miles a day on the Turnpike.

What are you guys taching with 3:73-3:90 and 4:10's at say 75-80mph ?

Also will the trac-loc and 8.8 gear sets for a Mustang fit the IRS of the Mark ?

depends on overall tire size and how fast you are going.

3.90s at 80 will be closer to 2800.
3.73s at 75 will be closer to 2500.

i daily 4.10s and get low 20s highway, that is the gear i would use.
if fuel economy is of more concern, go 3.73s. anything less than that, and i'm not sure i would bother.

On the hwy stock size 225 or 245 60/16

Like I said I had 4:10's in my 95 Mark...they were great, I was running 60 ft times of 1.8 on a 125 shot of juice...but it wasn't a daily driver and I just don't remember what I was taching.
The speed limit on the turnpike is 70 and nobody does that.

Looks like it's gonna have to be 3:73's.
Anybody running them to confirm RPM'S ?

I'm running 26x11.5x17 M/T on the back and they are a little bigger in dia than the stock tires (like I wanted). plus I'm running 4:10 gears. Since the tires are taller I put in the 3:73 speedometer gear and it is perfectly correct. And it turns about 2,500 rpm's at 70 mph and I also get low 20's in mpg. If I had to travel that much I think I would go with the 3:73 also

Thanks for input guys....4:10's are out of the question now.
I would like to hear from somebody running 3:73's and 3:90's
