I've done a search but I have not found what to use to reseal the headlight on the first gen... Do I bake and seperate the lense then use clear rvt sealant to seal it all back up? Or do I just reuse the grey stuff thats on it after its heated up...

IF you have grey sealant.. you can try heating up the sealant and just squeezing them together to reseal. id also look very closely at the lens looking for any hairline crack. you want to make sure all the old moisture is out before you try and re install. I have one that i can get to reseal at all... tried using original seal, reapplied new... nothings worked. Im hoping when i refinish them this weekend that new sealant (minwax/spirits) over the lens will keep the moisture out. i've also had the light sitting in a cooler with a rid-x tub to soak out any moisture im missing....

Heat it back up in the oven. I also spread some black silicone in the groove then smooshed it back together.
