I'm am trying to find out which one you guys prefer (Raybestos Ceramic VS Monroe Ceramic pads) if any of you actually use either? I am a daily driver no racing. Just around town and occasional 200 mile trips.
Also I may have to replace rotors or have existing turned. Again what is a good no warp but inexpensive rotors, if I have to buy new ones. Understand this is a replacement car I bought so previous history is almost non existant. I don't need cross drilled and all that high performance stuff. Just a good set of no warp rotors.
Thanks in advance for your replys.:)

I think either brand would be fine. I have had ceramics all the way around on mine for over two years and they still look like they have another two years or more left on them but I don't daily drive either. I also don't do drilled and slotted rotors. The last set of rotors I bought, came from O'reilly's for the black 94 and they worked fine for me for 5 years without warping. I have no clue where the rotors came from on the 95 because Jamie bought those before I bought the car from him. He got a lot of stuff from NAPA but that's not saying the rotors come from there.

My pads are Duralast Gold ceramics with lifetime warranty. I never see dust from them. When I clean the wheels off, what I'm wiping off is equally on all 4 wheels and only road dirt. No black build up.

duralast gold ceramic pads seem to work fine. have one set in a mark viii brake set up on my brothers taurus and they work great. have another set in a cobra brake set up in my mark, and they work even better. low dust and i really use them too.

A lot of people simply will not get them because they're from AZ lol, or they just won't admit that they have them but I'll be the first to say that I have not had the first problem from mine and I like the (I would have to say) 99% dust free. I just looked at them the other day and they still have all kinds of life left on them. I can honestly say that when it's time to get brakes again, I will get the same thing and the good part about it is that they'll be free. :)
