Random Misfire?

so my car as some of you know has been running like :q:q:q:q. well since august 20 in toledo. I have worked out most of the problems and now tonight I got a cylinder 5 misfire as well as P0300 random misfire...

WTF does that mean, that it could be any cylinder or what?

I have replaced 5 of the coils and all new spark plugs, no oil in the plug wells.

Just do #5 cop,clear codes then see if or what pops up. If none don't worry.
