Radioquastion in my LSC -1998

Hi.
Our Local radiostation (FM) is 102,8.
But the radio in my LSC I can only get .1 .3.5.7.9 not 2.4.6.8 try to find something in the manual but not find anything about that.
102.9 is not perfect it works but not good to listen without interference.
Any ideas ?? If its possibel to get 2-4-6-8 ?

In the U.S., I have not seen any radios that get the even number after the decimal. Now that I think of it, when I lived in the U.K., I forgot how those radios are programmed. I'm guessing in Sweden the radios manufactured in your market are able to show the even numbers?
