Radio and Console Trim Panel Color?

I've been trying to get a match for a couple of years. The closest (and it's a tad light) I have found is Krylon Satin Nickle.

It came out a little light compared to the stock piece. Oddly enough, the center vent trim piece I had to buy (not only were the posts broken, the front got cracked somehow) is a much closer match to the paint than it is the factory pieces. Were the climate control panel not such a pain in the keister to tape-off I would have just painted everything. Here's a picture, though I don't know if you can tell the shade difference. The piece with the iPod dock has the Krylon paint.

One of the reasons I'm wanting to paint the trim is because it will be off while I refit my stereo for IPOD use. Mine (the trim) has a few scratches and such. For the IPOD, I went with a little different look:

Here's a partial write-up of what I did. No offense, as to each their own, but I abhor anything that doesn't look stock. I have the dock, which is non-powered, and a powered pigtail in the console. That way I can charge my phone and still play the iPod.
Ah, none taken, however, I think the mount I'm getting looks very stock. In fact, that is exactly why I went with it. Did you take a look at it? Now, my interior is black so this will blend well, unlike your grey interior. When I get is all hooked up, I'll post some pics. What year is your LS? I have an 06.
My daughter has my old 2000 V6 which we bought new, my wife has an '06 which we bought new and I have an '06 that we bought in '09 with only ~32K miles on the odo. Mine is no longer lowered for a variety of reasons....
