Do you guys give Classic Radiator thumbs up? Under $100 all alum and free shipping.

I spoke with someone on the phone before ordering that, to make sure they do in fact have it in stock..so I ordered one; it should be delivered in a wee bit...tbd

sold out

Called Radiator Classic and their sold out. They said call back in a week and we'll see when we'll be getting some in. Yea sure:D

wow...there was supposedly (4) a few days ago...mine is being shipped; but I may be able to fix my plastic one...that tank wall where I broke the nipple is about .25'' thick so I'm gonna try to tap some threads into it, and use the NPT-barb fitting

This kinda sounds like a perfect time for a 2003 Cobra radiator upgrade..... ;)

I have one in my Thunderbird, looks stock and I love it; I'm prolly gonna do the same to the LSC shortly...

idk what the Cobra upgrade is;
this radi work is on my project car I'm not even driving yet...but my dd is still running hotter than I think it should: cruising on the interstate, not in traffic jams, 35-40 degrees outside, the temp gauge still stays around the 'R' to 'O' in Normal!
...I wonder if my fan is on the way out

The 2003 Cobra radiator is a 3 core solid aluminum radiator while the stock is 1 or 2 core. My car kept running hot here in Florida is why I did it.

If your fan isn't working well, your car will get hot while you're sitting still - once your moving over 25 mph or so, it doesn't matter if the fan is running or not. So if you're having problems at highway speeds, something else is wrong.

well, when the needle is in the Normal range, is that a problem? :shifty:

I wouldn't think so - no. I probably would worry when it gets real close to the H, however! :eek:

When my electric wp quit working, that's what happened to me!

yep, Normal is supposed to be, well...okay:rolleyes:
..factory (non-leaking) radi was replaced by a local shop 40k miles ago, they proved to be dishonest with me, so no telling what BS they stuck me with
