Rack and Pinion Leak

Just got back from my state inspection and they said I have a small leak coming from the rack and pinion. Dude said I was fine right now but if I had come in later when it got worse they wouldn't be able to pass me. Whats the best way to fix this and how fast should I get it fixed? Isnt there some fluid additive that can re-seal it? Or should I just replace it (and if so, how difficult is it - should I take it in to get done)? Thanks all.

yep

there are sealants that swell the rubber seals. It is only temporary. This job is a PITA to replace the R&P. Check with some other guys on that. maybe time to sell.
