Quick question on a cylinder

I tried to search but couldn't come up with anything, What is the location of cylinder #3? My car has a miss so I scanned it and it said that the 3rd cylinder is dead. first i replaced the plugs with NGK iridiums, the car ran fine but today I drove it, it seemed like half of cylinders were not operating. So my question is: can one bad coil make other ones not function correctly and make the car not run hardly at all? I was flooring the car and it didn't go faster then 30mph. And where is the cylinder #3 located. Thanks for the help

thanks for the link, but can one bad coil make the computer or the other coils mess up too so that the car feels like its hardly running at all? I had my foot to the floor and the car was sputtering and missing like it only ran on few cylinders and wouldn't go faster then 30mph. This only happened when I drove the car for 30min+, when it reaches full operating temperature, maybe the coil got hot and completelly shut down.

Sounds like you have your answer... my VIII did the same thing when a coil was bad...
