Quick Posi question.

I have a chance to hopefully snatch a 28 spline posi for 40 bucks. attached is a picture. What im not sure of and im still waiting for a reply. is if this one will work with the IRS of a our Mark VIII's. were all 28 splin IRS or just a couple of them. Probably cant tell with out seeing the sides huh ?

Its the side gears that are machined for circlips that make the difference.

Alot of peeps throw in a stock posi without the machined side gears. I machined mine just cuz i could. So yes it will work

Do you need the gears that are machined for the clips?

No, just don't use the clips...
