168, 194, and W5W are all the same type wedge bulb.

I'll check real quick, but if she told you one of those, then yes it will work.

Can someone please tell me how to change the license plate bulb?

pop mtrunk and the lights can be taken out via a screw on the front of the light housing ...if its a gen 2 that is ,,, may be different for gen 1

I have a 1ST gen. ls and dont see a screw near the license plate bulbs. should i take a flat head to it and see if i can pop it out? thank you for your answer.
