Question before I pop 400 dollars on new COPs

Battery sits at 12.30 while engines not running and 14.24 while running.. It sucks more that I purchased this car about 6 months ago and I am having to deal with all this crap.. It wouldn't be bad if it were just my car, but its my wife's car that she takes our baby to and from daycare in.. My 89 E-150 isn't setup for taking the little one anywhere, and its only a 2 seater.. lame...

Like a call girl, the LS makes you feel good, it's sexy and fun to be with (drive). A call girl is expensive and gets old. Based on my personal experience with a 2003 3.9l at 126k (bought new), unless you are prepared to spend a lot of money, time and your wife is prepared to be left by the side of the road, I would run, not walk away from this car as soon as possible.

failing alt/batt could present symptoms like that.

this was my first thought when all these problems arose at once. I know when my alt took a **** on the highway, the car acted crazy once the battery got low. The lights flashed the speedo when up and down and the windows wouldn't do anything and all the dash lights flashed about.
