Question about scheduled maintenance

How much will a 30K mile checkup run me? I'm getting close, with 28,200 on my odometer- I see that on the maintenance guide, it says, 'inspect brake pads, etc...'. Now if they find a problem during their inspections, will it be replaced under warranty, or is it out of pocket?

My 3/36 is up, but i'm still under the 4/50, so that means out of pocket, right?

It really depends on what they find wrong...

They wouldn't replace my b-pillars. They almost didn't want to fix my piston caliper pin problem because the I changes my brake pads.
