Question about my new grille...

I got a vertical trenz billet grille and installed it on my LS. It looks beautiful, but what I don't like is how you can see this metal piece running behind the bottom of the grille. Is there anything I can do? Like maybe get a black one or something? It ruins the look of the otherwise beautiful grille IMHO

Exactly, for all we know the "metal thing" could be your radiator. But i think it might be the hood release. I dont see how something wasnt visable with the stock grill and is now with the Trenz deal.

I'm gonna have to wait a little bit until I get home to photograph it, but I actually think it is the hood release. I'd imagine every LS has this. Has anyone else who bought this grille noticed it? But yeah, I don't recall seeing it on the stock grille...

Use non glossy black paint and paint it so the area behind blends in. I have a vertical Trenz grill and this is what I did with mine. Look at the picture.
