question about HID installation.

So I got the HID lights McCulloch the same one's as someone from here. I got the 8k bulbs. my question is did any one who install HID's have to adjust the level of the headlights?...the side output is awesome! it just seems that the front output is lacking.
I'm also intrested in where people mounted their ballasts.

Where did you buy you MC??? My 6000k conversion kit ballasts are located on the back support of the headlights.

I've already got two pairs of angel eyes and now the HID...getting pretty crowded around those headlights.
