Putting in the magnaflow 15710 exaust... resonator question

Well i have two questions, i dont want to buy the wrong part...

I wanna make sure these are the same exaust systems to put in my 2001 ls i want this system...

but the one im gonna buy i think it is the same exact system but just a different picture

The one above is the one i want to buy... It says i have to use the old rubber resonators... im not sure what those are but if i want to use old rubber parts id rather buy new ones for a better seal and sound... i cannot find where to buy these resonators or how many i need to buy.

It says rubber insulators. Not sure if that means the rubber hangers that keep the exhaust attached to the underbody or not.
