Puff of smoke on startup

My wife's 2006 LS (17k miles) has on a couple occasions puffed a bit of blue/white smoke on startup. It only does it when it sits for a couple days, and I have changed the oil recently with 5w-20 Mobil Clean 5000.

Is this a common problem?

We just bought it in May with 12k miles on it, and my wife definitely doesnt beat on it, but she doesnt drive it like a grandma either. She does do like 90% city driving, though.

Any thoughts?

I've seen it happen on my 06 once or twice... I guess not often enough to concern me!

I hope it just that she does alot of stop and go and not much full throttle.

I might pull a plug or two and make sure they arent fouled. The car has a 75k powertrain, and obviously still factory warranty, so not THAT concerned, you just dont see that happen with newer cars too often.
