programing keyless entry remote

i just bought a new remote for my 93 mark VIII. the instructions tell me to short two pins on a connector behind the glove box to put the car in setup mode and program in the new remote.
where is this connector? i can't seem to find it. i tried searching but with no luck. any help is greatly appreciated.

on the first pic its the grey connector

dig because previous owner might of snugged it into a hidden spot
