I see not many people check these threads but here goes...

I recently moved the amplifier in my trunk, disconnecting my subs from the amp. So when I came back and hooked the subs and amp and turned the car on, I heard nothing.
I figured I might have hooked the POS and NEG backwards and noticed that the fuse inside the power cord coming from the battery was blown. I replaced it but still nothing.
Next, I noticed the 2 fuses on the actual amp were blown too. So I replaced those and when I turn the key, AGAIN the two fuses on the amp blow up!
So I totally disconnected the subs and tried it again, and the SAME results.
Any ideas??? I checked the grounding wire, that seemed to be ok. I just don't want to keep messin with it and blowing up the amp. Thanks.

Yeah sounds like it. i would check all the associated wiring very carefully. If no good then maybe an internal fault in the amp?

xTHANATOPSISx is right. I run a stereo shop and run into this quite often. What probally happened is that when you took the amp out or was putting it back in, the speaker wires touched. This would take out the amp. If you can find a repair guy, he might be able to repair it. You will probally be looking around the $150 to $200 range though.
