thanks, what I really need is a detailed blowup of the PS pump(including sensor connections) and of the the entire system to map the hoses.

As I said in my previous thread, it lookks like the leak id coming the sensor/electrical connection, but without a detailed blowup of it, it is hard to really know what I am looking at.

Gen II doesn't show any electrical connection directly on the pump. I don't know if gen I is the same or not. Just to be sure we're really talking about the power steering pump, which side of the engine is it on (driver or passenger)?

Driver side directly behind the coolant return and above the A/C compressor.

lol... it does seem a bit tight.

The way things are built now, you damn near have to be a 13 yr old Chinese gymnast just to be able to get to half the things you need to fix.
