Power seat issue

Hey everyone,

So I found out recently that my passenger power seat isnt working properly, the seat moves in every direction except backwards and forwards. while I was trying to find a jam in the track I noticed a blinking red light (as in the image the light flashes) does any one know what that is and how I can fix this issue?
