Is 400 dollars a fair price to have a set (4) of 20 inch rims powder coated high gloss black? (media blasting and prep work included).

yes, previous owner of my barcelonas said he paid $600. I believe him, they look super high quality gloss black.

Okay, thanks. They do really good quality work. This is the look that I am going for. Should look good on a black 06 ls.

That is a fair price. You can usually get wheels done for $50-75 each if you shop around, but $100 for a 20" wheel and all the work that goes with it is certainly not bad.

I was quoted 125 a wheel a year ago.

$75-$125 a wheel here. $100-$125 with them prepping/blasting the wheel.
