Its not hard. Get a photobucket.com account and upload your pictures you want to post. Once they are hosted on Photobucket highlight the direct link for the picture then right click the link and copy.
For posting here you then click the little picture of the mountain, it right next to the little world. Paste the link you copyed from photobucket and click ok.
