Hey guys, I've been thinking about adding a new Lincoln Ls to my collection (one so far lol). I found one that I would like to add on as a project but not sure if I should do it. There is damage, but I was wondering if you guys thought is it was too bad to take on. I'm hoping no frame damage tho.

The way the door and deck lid are tweaked I would suspect frame damage. Additionally, that "C" pillar kink will not be easy to fix. The "C" pillar to fender weld is one of the most complex in the business. It may not pound out without damaging the weld.

+1 buy mine as well :D

How much are they asking? You could probably purchase another Ls for less than what you would be putting into it.

Walk away if I were you.

hahaha are any of you located in south west florida? Thanks for the advice tho, i was worried about any major damages to this car. It looked beautiful tho....

Find one with mechanical issues, not body issues. They are easier to fix IMHO :)

Then again, I hate body work with a passion. If I was going the same route as you, I'd probably try to find one with engine or tranny trouble and just take my time tearing it down and rebuilding it.

Why are you looking at wrecked LS'? Are they cheaper then one with a blown engine?

yeah dude that need so much to be even decent... not worth it unless it has like 30,000 miles and they want 500 bucks for it

67,000 miles and i can win it at a auction. I am hoping not much LS fans in the crowd so I can get it for cheap. Not trying to go over $500 tho

If you get if for that price part it out. And if you do get it and part it out I call dibs on the armrest if it's the same paint code. LOL I'll give $70 shipped

I have to agree that that looks like a lot of damage to overcome, but if you're into projects go right ahead. You might throw more money at it than it costs to buy a decent one though, at least from my point of view.

Second, on the get it at auction and part that sucka out (at the right price of course). little bit of greed on my part though because it looks like the same exact car as mine! If so, can I call dibs on the head lights, assuming they're HID?
