My car came with the black interior and silver highlights. While it does look good, it gives me the sporty feel and I'm going after the luxury look and feel. Does anyone have an pictures of the all black interior (w/ NAV a plus) with the wood grain accents?

do you mean more than the factory wood (wheel, knob, above glove box, doors) like a kit?

this is my first post, I just picked up an 01 LS. It has the black with wood trim interior, sorry no Nav.

excuse the camera phone pics...

It looks like it could be nice but that just looks grey to me and it seems to be missing alot of wood. Perhaps anyone has the LSKoncepts kit on a black interior? That kit covers pretty much everything besides the shift knob.

I believe thats as black as the 00-02s get. My 02LSE is the same as that.

I personally think to much wood doesn't look good. If I had the time I'd paint the ash tray door and surround to match the color of the radio/heater face, and leave the border as the only wood. Thats me though.

Here's a pic of a friend's '06 with a complete wood kit.

Sorry guys, that's the only pic I have of his interior. It was dealer installed when he bought the car so I do not know the manufacture.

I think with some flat black paint on the parts where the silver edges show through, it would look killer. I'll have to order me up a set from LS Koncepts.

this just got me thinking, is it possible to install the aluminum console parts on a 00-02 LS? instead of going wood kit which i wanted to do when i first got my car, i think the brushed aluminum interior would look nice. considering how much chrome is on the front and back of the car, i think this is a better balance aesthetically. never saw a thread about this but if there is the possibility to do a conversion i'd love to see the link...

@ Dartastic - damn, you need to shrink down your keyring. how un-Californian of you. how do you deal when you're wearing jeans? ;)

And to think, I ended up painting the wud <shudder> trim in my car. Really not a fan of the ski lodge look, lol.

The quality of the wood is alot better on the '03+ models. The previous had a very fake look to them.
