PIAA Xtreme Cool Bue White Light!?

I bought a set of the PIAA white bulbs, the seller from Ebay send me the wrong ones, 9007 to be exact. I have been trying to have him send me the right ones for two months, but he just refuses to answers phone calls or emails. What kind of automobile would use 9007?
