Photoshop wheels on a Mark

I am a complete PS idiot. I would like to see what my Mark would look like with these rims on her. if someone has a few minutes to play with Photoshop, id really appreciate it. i just cant figure out lasso, move tool, and layers. No need for a professional job! Thanks in advance.

I had to turn the wheels the other way because they were backwards and threw them on there real quick. Might give you an idea. Yes, i know this request is old.
