Photo Shop star filters

Does anyone know of any star filter plugins that can be downloaded for CS3?

It has some in the pre-sets but they aren't good enough and I noticed people using them before. I would just do the lens but I have a point and click.

I use lens flares and tweak them to make a star look. There are plug ins out there for this I just can't remember what there called.

Ive been using the lens flares on Photo shop but they don't look natural at all IMO and I cant exactly get them to star.
