Even if you could find one, a bigger throttle body won't do much for you without a tune. These cars are very limited when it comes to performance parts. Almost everything will have to be custom. If you have plenty of time and money, you can do anything. Personally if you're looking for sheer performance, an engine swap would be your best bet. However doing so and keeping all the factory options would be an immense amount of work.
There are threads of people who have done quite a bit with the factory 3.9 such as boosting and charging. But this is an expensive car and not exactly ideal to mod for performance. I'm sure others may disagree, that's just my opinion.
